This Privacy Policy explains how Shenlong VPN (the 'Service', 'we', or 'us') handles personal information when providing our mobile and desktop applications (the 'App'). We process data on the principles of necessity, transparency, and security.
When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, connection status, crash logs, and page activity. In some cases, approximate location is used to recommend routes, diagnose regional issues, improve quality, and send important service notices. We do not use this information for unrelated advertising profiles.
We may share aggregated or anonymized data with necessary service providers, such as Google Play Services, Firebase, or crash analytics tools, for payments, diagnostics, security, and feature improvement. Except when required by law, necessary to protect users or the platform, needed to enforce the service agreement, or handled by providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties. You may stop new data generation by uninstalling the App through the standard device process.
User-provided data is retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account, delete personal data, or submit a privacy request, contact [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if we discover that such data was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and operational permission management to reduce unauthorized access risk.
